Job Description:
- Safe food handling and compliance with health and safety legislation in a commercial hospitality environment
- Preparation and cooking dishes
- Use a range of basic food preparation techniques, cooking methods and finishing techniques
- Literacy and numeracy skills

Part-time Waitstaff
Job Description:
- We at Glenfalloch Café and Restaurant along the Otago Peninsula are looking for a part- time waitstaff member to be a part of our Front of House team.
- The Cafe is situated in beautiful garden scenery located a quick 10 minute drive from the city.
- It is owned and managed by Otago Peninsula Trust and also renowned for its community events, weddings and corporate functions.
- It is currently operational for 5 days a week from Wednesday- Sunday for breakfast and lunch; with the possibility of opening for a couple of nights a week for dinner in the near future.

- Have at least 2 years of experience on floor in a busy fast paced restaurant
